Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the consultation, personalised treatment plan or quote. A brief examination and an X-ray, if required for your assessment, are also free of charge.
How long will my appointment take?
Allow approximately 15–30 minutes, depending on your assessment. Select your appointment time when booking.
Do I have to book treatment or pay a deposit at the event?
No. You can attend, ask questions and review your plan without committing to treatment or paying a deposit. Your voucher can be redeemed by booking treatment or paying a deposit within 30 days of the event.
Who will contact me after I register?
Dental Clinic Abroad will contact you about your appointment and send reminders by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Your registration details will be shared with Dr Tuna Clinic, whose patient coordinators will manage your visit on the day. We’ll only contact you about this appointment. No sales calls.
What if I’m not suitable for implants?
The dentist will assess your teeth and gums and explain which options could work for you, including alternatives to implants. There is no obligation to book anything.
Will I receive dental treatment in London?
No. This is a consultation and assessment event. Any treatment you choose to book will take place at Dr Tuna Clinic in Istanbul, Turkey.
What does the £250 voucher cover?
It gives you £250 off dental implant, veneer or composite bonding treatment at Dr Tuna Clinic. Everyone who attends receives one, with no minimum spend. It must be redeemed within 30 days of the event. Full voucher terms
How many trips to Turkey will I need?
The clinic advises that many treatment plans involve one or two visits, depending on the treatment and complexity. Implant treatment may involve separate stages with healing time between visits. An initial stay may be around seven days; your dentist will confirm your individual schedule and whether longer or additional visits are needed.
What is included in the treatment package?
Hotel accommodation, transfers, scans and temporary teeth can be included where applicable. Your personalised treatment plan and quote will specify your inclusions and any additional costs. Confirm flight arrangements and the costs of each trip with the clinic.
What aftercare and guarantees are available?
Dr Tuna Clinic offers guarantees on implants and crowns, subject to its terms. Ask the team at your consultation for written details of the cover, exclusions, follow-up arrangements and what happens if you need help after returning to the UK, including any travel or treatment costs.
Will I meet the dentist who treats me in Turkey?
You will meet a dentist from the clinic and patient coordinators. The dentist carrying out your treatment may differ depending on availability and your treatment schedule.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. You can bring a partner or family member, but they must also be registered. Contact Dental Clinic Abroad after booking to arrange their registration. If they also want a consultation, they should book their own appointment.
